I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Simply click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address in the box provided and then click on 'Retrieve Password'. The system will then reset your password and email it to you.

How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in, go to the 'members' area of the site (link at top of page) and then click on 'My Profile'. Now click on 'Change Password' at the bottom of the page, enter your old and new password and click 'Update Account'.

Can I download your online tutorials?
The training can only be watched online as streaming video. It cannot be downloaded to a computer. We've provided a step-by-step PDF document that compliments a haircut and help remind you of important steps of a cut after you've watched a video.
Why does the video keep stopping and starting while I'm watching it?
It's possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded and then playing the video. On rare occasions, an incomplete copy of a video can get stuck in your cache and never fully download. You can re-attempt the download by clearing your browser's cache or 'refreshing' your browser.
Do you offer educational discounts for salons or educators?
Absolutely.  If you are a salon and would like to provide your staff with the latest online training techniques and styles, or an educational institute wanting to provide students with online eductional material please contact us to discuss discounted prices.
