Salon owner, consumer brand icon and media darling Lee Stafford heads up the team with Stacey Broughton former Creative Director of the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academy, Steve Turner hard core hair professional who has perfected his skills through decades of pioneering hair adventures and AV genius Andrew Gilbert a respected media maverick and former member of the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academy Team.

In April 2008 the team expanded further when two of the most exciting hair specialists in the world joined myhairdressers.com. Tracy Hayes, the world renowned colourist and rising star Johnny Russell with his up to minute street styles will now also be sharing their secrets in our growing on-line library of streaming hairdressing training videos.

The success of the site has enabled the Artistic Team to grow from the three to a current total of nine, with the arrival of Session legend Callam Warrington and Mark Smith, five-time nominee for the British Hairdressers Award. Colourists Bee Dixon and Stephanie Lee complete the line-up, providing stunning colour blends and techniques to the haircuts on show.
